I flew to St Mary's August 23-31 for work. They were having a lab emergency with no one around who could run labs because of medical leaves and an emergency. I stayed over the weekend because I was on call for any lab emergencies. It rained almost the entire time until Saturday night so I barely took any pictures or walked around. I di go exploring in the work truck with a health aide. We drove to Pitka's Point which is a tiny village next to St Mary;s. Maybe 100 people max. She was obsessed with looking for bears by the dump, but that is not my thing. You do not go looking for bears. They are dangerous! It was a good trip. I got one re-hire caught up on lab competencies so she could take over.
