I worked with a new Third Grade class today and they were pretty stinky. It sounds mean, but I had to log them into computers and I could barely be close to some of them. Sad. I hope weekly bath day at school is soon, unless it is a clothing issue since kids wear the same clothes all week usually.
I had to personally go speak to the Principal about one of the kids who was in trouble. I had to make a list of everything bad he was doing in class while he sat in the chair and cried and denied it. It was heart breaking.
My test is $50 and I need to send in $40 to the U of Alaska if I am taking a class in the Spring. There is a chance I will wait until Summer when I am an Alaska Resident because of tuition fees and just travel with my books. I want to take one class in the Spring though. I shall see.
We are talking about our summer plans. We might go to Mesa Verde at least. I am unsure if I am going to spend a month straight in Colorado or come and go. I want to spend lots of time with my family but it is costly when you are homeless in the summer. Might camp as much as possible. He spent a month in California in his father's empty house last year so not super expensive. But traveling around all summer is too costly unless he gets a summer job. He used to drive tour buses in Alaska, but they do not allow dogs in their housing. Everything will be up in the air until we decide if we are staying another year or not. All i know is I will personally be in Colorado by the end of May.
Today was interesting besides the stinkyness.
