This is what the plow job looks like all over town. Unfortunately, this area has nowhere for the melting snow to drain, so a giant lake has formed. It was 8 inches deep and 20 feet long for awhile, but Friday, there was less water somehow. I had a patch of land to walk on for most of it. prior to this, i just walked through the 8 inches of water on the way to work and the way home. Thank goodness for waterproof snow pants and tall boots!
